Dan Davis - President

Dan has been with Partitions for 22 years and it's President for six years.

As President, Dan oversees all functions within the organization and is an integral member of the sales and marketing team. Dan identifies company goals and objectives while maintaining a well-established client base. He offers over 33 years of experience within the construction industry including on-site supervision, estimating and project management. Dan's style of management lends that personal "owner's touch" usually found only in companies much smaller than Partitions.

Paul Ranck - Project Manager

Paul is a native of Ohio and has lived in Georgia since 1986.  He has been with Partitions Contracting since 1993.  One of his attributes has been to develop strong, lasting friendships with his customers.  He is detailed oriented and has a great deal of  experience in the buildout and remodeling business.  Along with his ability to coordinate a project from beginning to end he has earned the respect of his clients

Monk Mayhue - Project Manager

Monk retired in 2006 from the Eastman Kodak Company after 28 great years of employment where he worked in sales, sales promotion, marketing, corporate branding and sponsorships.  His last few years at Kodak were concentrated in the corporate branding and business development group where all worldwide sponsorships are negotiated, contracts signed and implemented, and then marketed internally to the global business units.  The experience gained at Kodak offered an education in itself but especially in marketing and project management skills.

Monk is very aware of the needs of our existing and new customers, property managers and subcontractors to insure that every job is completed on time and in a quality manner.  He is very excited to be the newest member of the Partitions team and looks forward to working with everyone.

Randy Harris - Project Manager

Randy has 35 years experience and has been with Partitions for 18 years. He has held the position of Field Superintendent for 6 years.

Randy's primary responsibilities include the management of all Partitions field superintendents and manpower commitments for our full time labor force and sub contractors and coordination of all projects.

Mike Daniels - Architectural Millwork and Cabinetry Manager

Mike leads our in-house customized cabinetry and millwork production center.

He began his career in the construction industry 20 years ago, focusing on commercial millwork and he has been with Partitions four years. Mike and his talented craftspeople work with a multitude of materials to customize each project to your unique specifications.

Joe Reynolds - Electrical Manager

Joe has 20 years service with IBEW 613 and holds a State license for Georgia, South and North Carolina.

Joe is responsible for overseeing the estimating, management and supervision of each electrical project for Partitions. His experience is wide ranging with a heavy emphasis on computer rooms, generators, UPS systems and tenant build outs.
